Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means your return must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for all shipping charges we strongly encourage you to utilize a trackable shipping method.  Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if your purchase is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, discontinued items, limited collections/release items, or gift cards.

 

Bear in mind - candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures.  We can not be held liable for products that become melted when exposed to hot temperatures for an extended period of time.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
